I start by learning as much as possible about my clients and their motivations for selling to ensure the best service possible.

Using data analysis skills from the engineering world, I can review comparable sales data to recommend a price that will give our sellers the best chance to sell quickly for the highest price.

 

Property Preparation

Did you know most major renovations will not offer 100% payback? I advise clients on what repairs would add value to the selling process. Improving the exterior, electrical, and heating system are the best places to invest, but don’t spend too much time worrying about major repairs. The best way to improve the look and feel of your property is decluttering and property staging.

 

Marketing Strategy

I hire professional photographers to take high-resolution listing photos, including aerial photos to showcase the land and location, and create floor plans and 3D walk throughs to allow buyers to truly understand your property before visiting. Check out my portfolio here.

I use a Coming Soon campaign to start generating interest in the property, and then market it on the MLS listing database and social media to get your property in front of thousands of potential buyers.

 

Review & Negotiate Offers

Once the property is listed, my job is to manage any incoming offers. I work with my clients through the offer review process to ensure that we select the best offer for your property.

 

Transaction Coordination

Once an offer is selected, I coordinate with the buyers’ agent to make sure we have a smooth transaction process in preparation for closing.

 

Preclose Preparation, Closing, and Post Closing

Once the offer is accepted and the transaction is finalized, I support my clients throughout the closing process and am available to help with any post closing issues that arise.
